Sprint Cell Phones No Contract were one of the first No Contract Cell Phones in the market, however a small disadvantage involving telemarketers disturbed its users. The FTC has made a decision to ban robocalls AKA pre-recorded commercial calls. Perpetrators of this new law and ban could have to deal with fines as high as $16,000. But it’s just commercial solicitations that are part of the ban, alerts and reminders from companies that a consumer could have won’t be banned. For instance, a robocall from the bank saying that an overdraft charge has taken place will be excused from this ban.

Telemarketers, knowing this day would come, have recently started phasing out their androids and replacing them with live callers. So while the bother may remain it’s still kind of a win for landline and sprint Cell Phones users alike. Those clients who are bothered by any solicitation, robot or otherwise, can always have their number put on the national don’t Call Registry list. This could get rid of the problem completely.

The neat thing about Sprint cell phones is that you can already screen your calls and any unavailable, unknown or blocked out numbers, unless expected, can be screened by the user at their discretion. However it’s still nice to know the government has listened to the people, and while in the grand design it’s not a big score, it’s still nice to know that our voice was heard. Jon leibowitz, the F. T. C head honcho had this to say on the problem : “American consumers have made it totally clear that few things irritate them more than the uncountable billions of commercial telemarketing robocalls they receive every year. ” that is well declared and true.

So while smartphone creativity continues to be the main talk about the Sprint cell phone world it is nice know that the cellular community has an entire is moving forward, becoming more progressive and making the cell phone industry the way in which we need it. It is being molded in our hands as we speak, and if we speak, we will be able to continue to mold it. There is a reason the cell phone industry went from cell phones to smart phones, as the numbers and the people showed the corporations something clear. The people want smart phones. Now, that’s what we get. So keep talking up so we can lead this technical ship the direction we see most fitting. That way we may have a direct influence and make the very best choices for our immediate future, which is what we all need, right?
